Dear Sir,
I was using tata docomo pre paid number [protected] since last four years. i was transferred from bhopal to other city and recharge was carried out since 5 to 6 month. I want to reactivate the same number but their customer care centre is not ready to do the same. kindly arrange to recreate my mobile number so that mobile can be recharged.

As per the conversation with our team, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request regarding incoming calls as there is no facility of providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end. We would like to inform you that, you can get the last 30 days outgoing details (calls, data, value added service deductions, recharges) for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number. Please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility. Hence, we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS. Kindly note that there is no facility of providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end. However, if you want the outgoing details of more than 30 days (upto 6 months), kindly revert with the line of confirmation which enables us to register a complaint.
