Tata Docomo — Refund of balance.

I was bought a Tata wifi dongal on Rs. 2000 on dated 04.06.2015 after asking that it will work properly on my address, the store boy say "yes" but when i use on my address there has no service then i talk the engineer and tell my problem and tell where i use then engineer said there has no service in that area. I go to the store for return the dongal n say return my money. they say its return on our company via cheque within 45 day. I wait more than 45 days. I cant get any solution whereas i get a sms that ur problem is resolve i shocked that i dont receive any cheque or draft. I again go to store and talk him then he say yesterday our boss come then he talk with you. i again go but he say our boss not come so u will come tomorrow. I am totally harrash so i complain here. Kindly solve my problem at an early.
