Tata Docomo — Refund of my online net pack recharge | |||
On 03 February 2016, I made an online NET PACK recharge of Rs.197/- through my State bank of INDIA VISA card. The recharge was not successful. However, amount of Rs.197/- deducted from my SBI Account. I received a SMS from TATA DOCOMO that amount Rs.197/- will be refunded within 3 work days. Still, I have not received the amount.
