[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Refund of postpaid deposit | |||||
I have taken docomo postpaid connection in the month of february by paying 300rs as depposit and the people and website said/states that it will be refunded in every alternative bill for 3 months(i.e=100*3 months) and now itss october and i am paying my bill every month but i didnt get any such reduction in my bill Was this information helpful? | |||||

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our record we have found that we have already provided you the billing adjustment of Rs. 283.87/- and we have registered your request for billing adjustment of Rs. 16.13/- (the rest amount). Hence, the same shall be posted to account basis approval. Kindly make a note of the same.
