[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — regarding Bill

Hi Team, This is regarding my mobile bill. My mobile no is [protected] . I have called to the customer care regarding the 3g plan and they have confirm me that the charges will be proactive basis . so i have activated on 01-Sep-14 ; once i got the last bill which will be generated on 5-Sep-14 they have charged me 299 rs for 3g plan. Now customer care representative is confirming that charges will be monthly basis. As per them i have exceeded 2gb data but i have not received any any msg that my data limit is over. they have to inform us .They are cheating us . Whenever i call they told our network is busy call after 4 hrs. After that they put my no. on DND . I am not satisfied I want waiver on my bill which is inrelivent amount. Regards, Deepika.

My mobile number is[protected]. My bill for the month of Oct is 1, 088 which i paid. Later they are telling that for the month of May i did not pay the bill and barred the calls. I went to the customer care in bangalore but they are not at all ready to help.

They are also suggesting to leave Tata Docomo.
