[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding fraudulent Deduction of mobile prepaid balance | |||
Hello sir, Before three days Tata docomo has deducted my balance of Rs. 75 from mo. no. [protected] by doing fraud of activating the any scheme. i have compain at the same time and deactivated that scheme and costumer care has promise to refund the balance.. but now they do not willing to refund by doing excuses. so please take some action regarding this issue.
