We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern regarding balance deduction for your Tata Docomo connection number. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 75/- has been debited on 26-Mar-2015 due to VAS service Superstore activation on your number. Further, we regret to inform you that the waiver cannot be possible as the services activation has been done from your end by multiple confirmation form our end.
