Tata Docomo — Regarding outgoing call barred | |
Hi Sir/madam Im Ejaz pasha from bangarpet and my Tata docomo mobile no is [protected]. Im having this no since 6 years. But my outgoing calls has been barred from 19th may 2015. I contacted c.care they told to provide my address proff to a nearest dealer. Then gave my address proof to distributor of Tata docomo. But till now it has not activated i called several times to c.care but no use of it. Im a business man due to this problem my business is in loss. Plz help me. Was this information helpful? | |

We request you to visit nearest Tata Docomo outlet along with the documents which you have submitted at the time SIM purchasal and fill self declaration form which you can get in the outlet as the outgoing services has been barred for commercial calls and Telemarketing purpose without registering as Tele Marketer with TRAI.

Dear Sir
I gave a complaint regarding outgoing calls barred on 25th of may 2015 but still now it is not solved.
I gave my Identity proof and filled the given form and submitted at the dealer store.
Then after a couple of days i went to the dealer store enquired about my problem, they told that they had sent my details to the company, and they gave me a proof.
I have attached the photo copy of that proof..
I had to do nothing now...
Please tell me what to do..
