Tata Docomo — Regarding Post paid excess bill amount | |||
My plan ;was unlimited and tata docoma has generated bill with 3500RS. Also regarding 3G plan i have sent a mail and didn't received any response from tata docoma. I have a mail proof for the same. Also the sad thing is i got a call from them by asking me to pay my minimum amount. Till that day they were asking me to pay full amount and now they are asking me to pay my maximum limit amount. After tha i have sent a mail to tata docomo customer care then they are asking me to pay 3004RS. I don't know what's wrong with them. Are they playing with customers. Please help me out...
