[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding unnecessary deduction of balance | |
Dear sir, When i was browsing the internet on my smartphone, i suddenly got a pop up website and in the mean time got a message like 50 inr has been deducted for "pyar ke panne" vas service without my permission. My mobile # is [protected]. I request you to kindly refund my 50 rs. Or else no 1 can stop me to sue tata docomo n sharing its cons thru facebook, twitter n other social networkin sites. I don't know wat d hell is with such a reputed tata docomo to deduct balance like these...Unnecessarily. Please help me regarding this sir. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |

Even if we suddenly close the unwanted popup's with IP address "182.156.191.79 or 80 series...in the very next second...the balance already would have been deducted...And its of no use of calling customer care ppl as they put call on Hold n disconnect it and behave rudely as per my past experiences. Please help me sir regarding this as its like a mental harassment from Tata Docomo for deducting unnecessary balance.

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, PKP_FMJ and Masti Club services was activated by you on[protected] at 09:38PM and[protected] at 9:37AM through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.85/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.85/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket numbers PSG[protected] and PSG[protected] on dated 06-OCT-2015 05:49PM.
