[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Request to deactivate tata docomo postpaid connection | |||
Hello Docomo team, 15 days back, i have requested to deactivate my docomo postpaid connection as i am leaving the place- Pune but seems my request has not been processed yet. i am really fed up with service of the provider. Instead of deactivating, new and new services are getting activated to my card without any notification or confirmation. it is definite that i would not be paying any amount which will come as a part of my bill as i have not used your card since mid august. Verified Support Sep 14, 2016 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 13-SEP-2016. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 00.01/- . The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. so i want you to deactivate my sim as soon as passible .
