Tata Docomo — requested for stop photon service but still sending bills | |||
hi already asked for stop the services. still you are sending bills for upcoming months. can you do settlement for this. As i am not going to pay this much of bill amount for non usages of photon. i am not using photon services from last 3 months. but your poor service your & company begging charges from consumer like this. this is shame on tata's service quality. I am customer of TATA from last 8 years using CDMA connection.
I have started using tata GSM service in Pune area since June 2014,
i have made several calls for service issue but no one given me complaint number for Tata Docomos POOR Service.
Every day i am facing call drop issue during travelling within city area (within 18Km call drops 7 times).
Now i hold the bill for this reason they are giving me complaint number ( Not yet given) with resolution date of 25th /26th of this month.
The resolution which they are providing is not going to happen. As they are not going to provide good quality of service in City area itself then why they are providing service ?? Stop providing such poor quality of service.
They are not prioritizing customer, only charging bills from customer for such low grade service.
