[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Roaming Free pack charged but not activated | |||
I am using TATA DOCOMO mobile number since 4-5 year and my Mobile no. is [protected]. I had activated Roaming free pack on 16th April and the amount of Rs. 61 was directly deducted from the account immediately. When I went to roaming and all the call was charged as per roaming charge. It means TATA had deducted the roaming free charges on 16th April and had send SMS for confirmation also charged all calls for roaming. I had activated roaming free to enjoy my trip and can receive all calls but TATA made my trip terrible. TATA is making fool to customer and just making money, I would request you to please take the appropriate the action along with suitable penalty to the TATA. Was this information helpful? | |||
