Tata Docomo — RS 131 and 580 mb 3g data cut from balance | |||
Tata docomo is a scam. This is not the first time i am facing this problem. Although they have refunded the loss earlier, they refuse to do so this time. Their customer care hangs up on me. I take a loan to call customer care again, and then i lose my loan balance also. They think i am jobless to sit and try calling them? I am a busy man, and yet have to go through this. Having spoken to a customer service executive on the phone and online chat support, due to no refund, i am having to take my issue here. Last night on 2nd june 2016 at 10:30 i have lost rs 131 and 580 mb 3g data. My friends also face similar problems. I request you to bar tata docomo from providing any service in this country, since they dont offer the services they intend to Was this information helpful? | |||
