[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Rs 170 deducted from balance | |||
Sir my no [protected] tatado como customer. my main balance was Rs.170 in the morning on 25/10/14 & GPRS balance was 167mb at the evening I found only Rs 3 in main balance. in the afternoon I used some data from GPRS balance.my questions is where is my main balance deduct.now till my GPRS bal is 0.97mb available. Sir please look in the matter & deposite my unauthorised deduction. Thanking u . I talk to ur representive Mr akshay & he told me direct debeted gprs from main bal but still i have 0.97 mb bal in my account.I am not satisfied.I ask for complaints but he gave me a fake email address. & no.which is not exist.
