[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Rs.25 deducted from my account. | |||
On 22nd July, 2014 I have applied for Prepaid Bill service of my Mobile No.[protected], and for that Rs25 deducted. But no any email sent to my email id from Tata Docomo. After complaint in customer care execuctive said that you have to go to Tata Docomo center for detais. That is not acceptable to me because as per request detais is to be sent in my given email Id.
