This is with reference to your complaint regarding balance depletion concern for your Tata Docomo mobile number . At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you
As per the discussion over the call, I would like to inform you that the balance of Rs. 14.00/- has got deducted for Pkp service which was activated on[protected] at 9:48 PM through WAP mode.
We take multiple confirmation from you before activating any service, we can clearly see that you had given confirmation to activate this service through WAP mode. We do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent
Since you are our valued customer, we have already reversed the charges of Rs. 14.00/-only for this time with docket number ABAL[protected] dated 10-2-15 at 8.42 PM and we have also deactivated the service on 9-2-15 at 3.04 PM. We would request you to check your account balance by dialing *111#. We would request you to please be extra careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes.
We would request you to please be extra careful while browsing any website or dialing any short codes in future. All our systems are accurate and unless there is a download at your end there would not be any deduction.
Further, we would also like to inform you that you can also call 155223 and deactivate the VAS yourself.
