Tata Docomo — Services Activation while Browsing - Simply Fooling | |||||
While browsing the internet, automatically some services is getting activated. Though I haven't clicked any of the adds in the website. I have been charged Rs. 50 yesterday. We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as call was not answered. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, BUDDYCHAT service was activated by you on[protected] at 06:05AM through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.50/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated BUDDYCHAT Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.50/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 29-SEP-2015 05:48PM.
