Shame for Tata Docomo Prepaid Pathetic service, improper, and poor and careless attitude to customers service in Bhubaneswar Orissa & Baramunda Tata Authorised Dealer never recommended any one to use their service

I am also a victim of tata docomo. my tata account no is [protected], From Bhubaneswar and dealer Baramunda Tata Office.

It's very sad to say a very bad service from your end. Our experience is very bad with Tata Docomo services in Bhubaneswar also with baramunda authorized branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE ISSUE, careless, unprofessional attitude towards customers and wrong commitment every time from dealer and customer care it's been more than 15 days they haven’t yet responded no positive outcome. There are no responses from company. I think the company is not having any responsible person for service or it may have given to any careless third party’s. How much suffer and struggle after paying money to your company in advance. In spite of repeated calls and reminders, no response at all. This is pathetic service especially from a reputed company like Tata.. No one has followed up regarding the complain... Could you please return the money which has deposited in my simcard ? I know you cannot because you already got your money in advance. This is really disgusting.This company is doing business to cheat people till now there is no response neither from the dealer nor from the customer care I am still waiting for a permanent fix to our issue.

my service already disconnected .Even after 1 year o[censored]sing their service they asked me to submit the document Initially outgoing call has banned soon I submitted document incoming call banned even after several complaint and document submitted after15days.Initially submitted the document when I went to enquire about my status they have asked me to submit the document again as they lost you can imagine how care less the company and the dealer .They are unable to solve a small issue and the same had been complaint to Customer care several times but they are harassing me with this anybody can understand how people may suffer. To solve the small issue they have once lost my document even after 7 days when I went to check my status in Tata docomo office in Baramunda I came to know that they lost my document and asked me to resubmit it again and solve my complaint within 12 hours and also promise me to inform me in my alternative no and also send written complaint to customer care three times with reminder but till now no updates every time false commitment, careless and very unprofessional attitude towards customers.

Tata Docomo is surely the worst company in this segment in Telecom service. I am following up with them since then but didn’t get any response till now and whenever I call the customer care and meet the dealer I have to describe everything from the beginning. Every promise they did it was wrong it is so bad that you will bang your head that why did you use this!. I used their service blindly in a good faith that it’s a old and reputed company and I will get good service from this company but it was my delusion when it turns to service poor network. I have faced innumerable problems with this company.

In spite of paying the full amount in advance and waiting for more than 20days for the service you are just making false promises is it good on the part of a reputed company? We use the telecom service for our day to day urgent work purpose If the dealer or company cannot provide the service in proper time with immediate effect whatever commitment they did at the time of sailing products, we made the entire payment in advance and struggling with service issue which your company don’t care . it is heart paining Do you think that with this type of service in the competitive world can you survive in the market? Days are not faraway to come to footpath.

I request you to refund my deposited money back. We don’t require your service at all. The company is just fooling customers by making wrong commitments. I will never recommend anybody to buy any product and services from your company as they are not bothering to attend customer complaint and don’t care for service. It seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I believed TATA is a trusted brand, but got to change my opinion now.This company is turning fraud for the love of money. I'm just fed up of following up .

Please do the needful on very urgent basis. Do revert in case you need further details. Very disappointed!! Hoping for a quick positive action from your side. i request the concerned authorities from the Tata Docomo to look into this and help me for a solution immediately. If I will not get answer we are ready for consumer court on this. I will lodge a complaint against tata docomo for fraud and cheat case
