Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in suspended state since tele-verification is pending on your number, due to which your number has not been activated yet. Kindly note that post documents are updated in system. You will receive a SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that tele-verification has to be done from the home circle.
Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 30mins & in case verification is done negative, however, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification and the tele verification has to be done from the home circle only. If the tele verification is not done within 30days from the date of documentation hence the number will be disconnected permanently.
