[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sim Card not provisioned MM#2 | |||
I bought a Docomo SIM card ([protected]) on 21st Jan, 2014 and I don't know why but I'm not even getting a signal. It may not have been activated yet but I'm sure I should be atleast getting a signal. If I try to register it through mobile networks option in my phone it says 'SIM Card not provisioned MM#2' and does not register on Docomo network. It says the SIM card expires after 6 months of packing but its been packed on 15/11/2013 so its not expired yet. I want this problem to be solved immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

My phone started giving a DOCOMO signal and the SIM also has been activated within 24 hours. This complaint was due to my impatience. My complaint has been completely resolved on its own. | |||

Some days back my phone was stolen so i got the number blocked and got another SIM of the same number but now the new SIM is not working properly it gives error - SIM Card not provisioned MM#2 . MY NUMBER IS [protected] RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY

I am facing the issue with my Tata docomo prepaid number, I am currently staying in Stockholm(Sweden). And from yesterday evening[protected] my sim has not been working and my phone is showing the message SIM not provisioned. My colleague tried calling the customer care number[protected]. But they are mentioning the number they are not available in the database. Could please assist me what I can do on this and please give me some other number apart from toll-free, whom I can connect from my international number.
