[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sim card unable to recharge

This is to inform you that I was working in bangalore and I got a docomo sim and was using it since 2yrs till Apr 2015 and due to some personal reasons I have to leave my job and came to my native in tamil nadu,

I just didnt recharge my docomo number for more than 3 months and after which I tried recharging but unable to do so, its not taking.

Please kindly reactivate my sim and whenever I call this particular number it says its switched off/ either not reachable and unable to recharge this particular prepaid sim, please help me ...
