Tata Docomo — Sold incorrect plans twice

On the 8th of this month i converted my Photon Plus from prepay to postpaid at your mira road branch where is was sold a plan for 450 with 3g speed until 2gb data then 2g speed, which when i got a welcome call from your side, your representative said is wrong..he said i hv a 2g speed plan untill 2gb data only.(not unlimited). He said if i exceed the 2gb data consumption i would be charged about 50p till the bill reaches rs.750 after which it is unlimited.This was not what was told to me at the branch. To resolve the issue he told me to shift my plan to a 650 plan where i get 3g speed with a 3gb data consumption further which i get 2g speed. and after tax my total bill would be around 750 and not a rupee more. i was fine with that so i took it. My 450 play had to contiu till the 14th of the month as that was the billing cycle as informed by your representative, after which it would be changed to the 650 plan. on the 17th of june i got a bill for Rs.191 for 7 days o[censored]se, which was not acceptable as the plan which was sold to me was incorrect(..but i decided to pay it as one of mistake and also bec i thought i now was on a good plan) In few days when i was at your website and checking all the plans...saw a 650 plan for photon plus but it wasnt a unlimited plan, it was a 3gb plan and after consumption would charge 50p till 1000..so i called your customer service team to clear this out...the man on the call told me not to worry bec he has checked on the system and i have a 650 plan with 3g speed and 3gb data further which the speed will reduce to 2gb.. As a got a confirmation from your end i didnt bother to check further... But then i was receiving very low net speed which was coming and goin..and sumtime there was not net connection...but i ignored it as it happened sometimes at different times of the day..Then on the 25th of this month...i had to attend a webinar for official purposes. The webinar was at 11pm..i loged in at 10:30pm and opened the site for the webinar to load and open on time...because of very slow net speed..it was 12:30 and it was still loading and then got hanged and went off. i rased a complaint on your chat service as the tele service was closed. he many on chat named Ajay, told me to delete my temp files and still my speed had no improvement..so he raised a complaint and told me i would get a call tomorrow..On the 26th at 1 or 2pm i received a call from your representative who made me change my photon network setting form hybird to photon plus and then told me to connect and check my net speed on speedtest.net, which i did and the speed was 1.24mbps which was good and she said the same and closed the complaint even after me telling her that i had problems yesterday, but she said now your getting good speed and closed the complaint. I went back home in the evening and when i connected my photon i again was having problems of speed so i went agian and check my speed on speedtest.net. the result was only 0.12mbps(http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]) so then i called your customer service team and spoke to a man, told him everything he told me to delete the temp files and everything again then he told me to change my network preference form photon plus to hybird when i told him at the lady i spoke to in the afternoon made me change it from hybird to photon plus, then he said that i need to switch networks if i receive any problems.Again i checked my speed and it was only 0.18mbps(http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png) and then he said he would raise a complaint so i told him to transfer the call to the complaints team so i could resolve it now instead of waiting because the prob is now. He disconnected the call on me.So the i called back and some to another man and again told him everything and i have a recording of that call also where again i checked my speed and it was 0.09mbps.(http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png) Then he told me that he would arrange a call back from the tech team in 30mins for me to resolve the issue. I said ok and the call ended. I didnt receive any call back even after 1 and a half hour so i called back and by that time your tele service was not working anymore so i couldnt connect to anyone. so i went on chat again and spoke to ajay agian on chat. but i couldnt complete my conversation bec of the net issue and the chat got disconnected. Today around 12noon i got a call from your representative about my complaint. when i spoke to her and check my speed it was 0.30mbps..so she tells me that this speed is above avg and the avg speed promised is 0.25mbps..which is not 3g speed..your website says that the best 3g speed is 21.1 mbps and i asked her is this 3g speed so she replied say that photon plus is not a 3g device so your cant receive 3g speed on it the avg speed is 0.25mbps. So then why was i sold a 3g speed plan twice on my photon plus when my device does not support 3g. I spoke to the manager and she told me that they might have thought my device is an Max wifi device. But no everyone i spoke to knew my device was a photon plus even the guy who gave me a welcome call. and still she offered me a 650 plan with 3g speed. now the manager has raised a complaint about this issues and said that i would get a call in max 2 days. But you guys r still gonna charge me for this na Your gonna charge me for 3g speed when my device doesnt support 3g. how so?? i have raised enough complaints and received no satisfaction besides every time i raise a complaint i get a different answer and come to know about more facts which were not disclosed earlier. This is not acceptable at all. i have been clam with all ur representatives till now had believed what they said but this is too much.. . I need and answer to this and i am not gonna pay anything towards your company.
