Dear sir, My mother mobile number is [protected], which is in usage since many years, but it is not working now. Her name is usha devi, the documents proof are submitted and this sim is in use for long time, now it is not working, how can this sim number be given to someone else. Who will be responsible for this? Please take action against such team, and provide the number back to the actual user.
