Dear Customer,
We are extremely sorry to learn that you are facing a concern of balance depletion on your Tata Docomo number sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.
We would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.30/- for MyDala (dealsanddiscount) which was downloaded by you on dated[protected]:26AM through USSD mode and we do not activate or deduct any balance without your consent.
We can clearly see that the service was activated at your end through WAP mode and as of now there are no value added services are active. Kindly note that the any services will be activated post confirmation (multiple times) from your end. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, as a onetime service gesture, we are going ahead & reversing the charges of Rs.30/- with the docket number ABAL[protected].
We request you to please be careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes. Kindly note that, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction.
