Tata Docomo T24 — False offer by Network | |||
Hi T24, There is serious complain about your recharge plan. I am your regular user, I have seen your message on mobile screen that there is a offer of Rs. 38 get 25 p/min to all mobile in india. I did the recharge on 12th July 2014 ( Time 12:45pm). But I have received the message that I will be get benifited 100 minutes free for local mobile which will be activated next 48 hrs. Two way, I was cheated by your network, First you have shown me the wrong information about 25 p/min @ Rs. 38, Second : after getting message from docomo, still 100 minutes for local mobile was not activated. Many time I have contacted the customer service but all made me fool, they used to keep my phone on hold for hours & hours they didn’t reply the cause. One of your representative has told me today that I can write to you so that you will take necessary action. Hope my complain is clear with you. Don’t make worst network of T24 in india, Improve yourself to give respect to users. My t24 No. is [protected].
