Hi sir/madam, i'm deepak my tata docomo no is [protected]..Today around 12.11pm i recharged for 150rs.Then at 2.41 got message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "i have subscribed to LDR at Rs.99 for 30 days".i din't subscribe anything like that..After coming to know about deduction of money i deactivated that serrvice by dialing 155223... please recharge rs.99 back to my number as soon as possible sir/madam. This is with reference to your complaint regarding balance deduction for your Tata Docomo connection number . At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the discussion over the call, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that the amount of Rs. 99/- has been deducted on 19-Apr-2015 due to VAS service Hungama activation. Further, we would also like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 99/- has been adjusted towards your account as a goodwill.
