Tata Docomo — Talktime not received as per plan | |||
Respected Team, My wife and I had and have been receiving messages from Tata Docomo since Friday August 07, 2015 to recharge for Rs. 799 in order to receive 3GB 3G + 600 Talk-Time for 56 days. As we received the message again on Saturday August 08, 2015, we recharged our mobiles for 799. But we have only received a message of 3GB 3G + 500 Talk-Time and I have not received 600 Talk-Time. I called Customer care twice on Saturday August 08, 2015 soon after the recharge at around 8:40pm and and on Monday August 10, 2015 at around 11:30pm and every representative has been saying to wait for 48 hours but I am not receiving the balance talk time. Kindly assist me and my wife with the same and please give us the additional Rs. 100 talktime. Mentioning my mobile number for reference. +91 [protected]. I will provide my wife's number on request. My phone was working everyday and I was able to receive the calls from everyone. I find it hard to believe that I was called, because I have kept my call diverts active in case my phone is unreachable and I haven't received a call from anyone.
Coming back to the issue, the information you see is correct "56, 3GB 3G data and Rs. 500 talk time" for the recharge of Rs. 500. But we (my wife and I) had received the message we would be getting "56, 3GB 3G data and Rs. 600 talk time" and not Rs. 500 talk time.
I will be dropping you a mail for the same to the mentioned email id.
Request you all to provide the promised benefits.
