Worst ever service i have ever seen. Call me i can explain in detail..Previous email which i wrote to them. I have disconnected the line your technical agent created loss of 2200..He visted at my place and informed me that there is problem with my router.I had a sealed packed cisco router which he opened and issue was the same..Now i ll not be able to sell the new router because it is already open...Since the time i got tata connection am in loss..What kind of service you provide to the customers i dnt understand..Now words to decribe...I won't pay any bill amount..1st refund router charges..Installation charges Was this information helpful? | |||
