[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata docomo Executives are forcing me to pay some other customers bill | |||
I am a BSNL customer from last 2 Years in pondicherry. From last 20 days I am getting frequent calls from tatadocomo, kandanchavadi, chennai, saying Mr. ramachandran you have to pay 1979.00. I said, well my name is Srinivas Kantipudi not ramachandran number been changed so proceed with address on the documents of customer don't call me back again. The executive replying it is not their job to listen to me but to convey the message. In a day, that too in peak hours of my work I am getting the calls and messages. The calls vary from 4 to 6 in number and messages around 10 and its really very annoying and frustrating. How to make them understand I am not the person to contact! I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE VIA VOICE CHAT THE EXECUTIVE SUGGESTED ME TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT INSTEAD OF SOLVING IT! PROOFS SEE IN THE ATTACHMENTS! Was this information helpful? | |||
