[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Tata docomo internet bill charged

Hi, i have tata docomo internet connection at my home. On 13th july 2016, i requested change in plan through email. As a response to my email tata docomo customer care executive said i need to pay outstanding amount towards me. On 14th july i paid the amount expecting they will change my plan. On 20th july and 31st july i sent an email for change in plan and confirmation for it again. I didn't receive any response to it.

After that they charged me according to old plan for the months of august and september which i didn't pay. I am following up with since then to check every detail and change the bill so that i can pay and use the services.

I am getting emails and calls for bill payment almost every alternate day and today i received a text message and email for my internet account suspension.

Now they are telling me very annoying different reasons (Which are mere lies) for whatever happened and asking me to pay the bills. I have all the emails for it with me.

Please help me with asap.

Hi, i am holding number [protected] since last 1year.
now i want to stop and deactivate this number but noibody taking my complain in local store

please deactivate the same with immediate effect

Hi there,

I am getting multiple emails, text messages and calls regarding the outstanding amount for my bills. I also got 2 emails saying they have raised complaint/request for me but nothing is happening beyond that.[protected] and[protected] are the requests they raised for me. My internet services are barred and they are still charging me and sending the updated bills. Is this the way you serve the customers?

In what words I should explain this. Are they still doing the formalities of calling me and raising the requsts?
