[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Tata docomo is cheating!!!

I am raising a complaint on the public forum so that everybody will come to know what TATA DOCOMO is doing...
I am in Pune, kalewadi having the 3G connection with the number: [protected].

Firstly, I get sold this TATA 3G Dongle saying that monthly FEE would be 750/- and if I pay for 3 months in advance then I will get the dongle for free...
I paid 2250/- or something for 3 months I got the dongle after 1 week(but that guy promised me that he will get the dongle in 1 day).
I got the dongle I started using it...and after 2 months I called Customer care to raise a concern that 3 G internet is working damn slow...It frequently disconnects and the speed that I was promised for 2Mbps but what I get is 256kbps during the beginning of the plan and within 4 days, I get the speed of 10-50kbps...and frequently it goes to 0kbps and disconnects...
Worst experience ever, this is total cheating.
What they promise is something completely different and what they give is really worse...

2)so what happens once I call the customer service is even funnier, they tell me that I have to pay more after the 3rd month onwards as I got the dongle under a offer and the monthly charge will increase to 850/- per month.(Nobody told me of this wonderful offer!!!)

3)Finally a customer care agent does a trick, she turns my plan into a 750/-plan again and then tells me that it is done...internet speed never improved and nobody bothered about it.

4)Even then I somehow continued with this worst service as I needed it internet service which I wasnt getting at all.
I called customer service again but customer agents do not listen at all.
they are very rude.
I finally said quits and called customer service to cancel my TATA DOCOMO .I clearly told them to cancel the account by 19th Jan, 2014 because billing starts from 20th of every month.I didnt want to pay for another month.
I called and mailed as well, multiple times because I knew the kind of service provided by TATA.

but still they managed to fool me and then they said they have a procedure and it will take time.
I really got pissed off with the customer service and each time I call them they would not have the courtesy to even listen.they would tell you what they want to tell you and would not listen and answer your questions.
So finally i asked one of the customer care agent to bring me a supervisor as Customer care agents cannot help me.and he gives me a funny answer saying that"No supervisor is there and he is the one taking care of everything"
I told him that he is just trying to make a fool of me...and then I can hear the conversation between his supervisor and him and they decide to put me on HOLD telling me that a supervisor will come and then they politely disconnects the call.
I tried calling again and again for no use.

Finally, They told me that I will get billed on day-by day basis, so no need to pay for the entire month even if it crosses 20th jan.
I was waiting for TATA DOCOMO to get disconnected as I felt happy finally getting rid of it.

4)About 3 to 4 people called me from customer service asking me why I was disconnecting, I told them the reasons.
first two people said fine we will disconnect and I was happy too..

then a lady called and started giving me offers, first she says that they will make the plan to 500/- per month for the same 5GB plan.I told her that what is the use if I dont get the service and what is the point if the customer service is even worse which will never change.
she said that they will send an engineer and resolve the issue for which I told them that I will decide to keep it only if the engineer comes and resolves the issue.

then she calls again and informs that they will waveoff the fee for 1month and also make the plan to 500/- per month and will be sending an engineer as well.
I said send the engineer and then I will decide if it gets resolved or not.

I beleive that she last called me by 6th or 7th Feb and today is 17th and nobody has come till now.
I called up today again to the customer service and they said that they have raised a complaint and somebody will call me back.
I asked him if anything is written in the complaint which I raised and he informs me that I resigned from disconnecting the connection and nothing else is written.so whatever was spoken or promised on the call was never recorded anywhere.I feel cheated again!!!

I am so fedup with this service!!!

please do not get cheated like me by the big companies and do not ever trust the word of customer service.
