[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata docomo legal notice | |||
Hi, My Tata Docomo acc. number:[protected] Docomo Mobile number : [protected] I have raised a request (Request Number:[protected] to CLOSE my Tata Docomo USB Dongle connection through call center in the month of June-2014 and paid all my dues by that time and I was not using the USB Dongle from April-2014. . After few days I got a call from tata-docomo customer care that they will keep my connection on SAFE-CUSTODY. Even though I was not interested to keep the connection in safe-custody but upon force of the customer care representative, I agreed for that and the customer-care representative said that I will not be getting any bill from next month. But next month (July-2014) I got the bill and I again raised a complaint to CLOSE the connection but this time also the same customer care representative called me and forced me to stay on SAFE-CUSTODY and assured me that the bill amount will be deducted and I will not be charged anything but that didn't happen anytime. After that whenever I got a call from the customer care, I told them the same thing and they never listened to me. Now I am getting calls that a legal notice will be sent if I don't pay the bill.
