Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO wrong charges on postpaid mobile bill | |||
I have TATA DOCOMO Post paid mobile no: [protected] and Account No:[protected] I have 299 plan and 1.5 GB 3G free on that plan. On previous TATA DOCOMO charged for Data usage and given Discount on Data usages are given below:- In Month Dec 2014:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 563.91 and Discount given: 1, 563.91 In Month Jan 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 566.48 and Discount given: 1, 566.48 In Month Feb 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 597.72 and Discount given: 1, 573.11 In Month Apr 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 673.78 and Discount given: 1, 222.88 In month April only given discount is: 1, 222.88 but it should be 1, 573.11. Because in month of Feb 2015 it was given discount: 1, 573.11 I converted Post paid to Prepaid on 11-April-2015 and bill cycle is 23 day to 22 day of every month. We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern regarding billing for your Tata docomo account number . However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not responded.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that your bill has been generated in prorate based from 23/03/15 to 12/04/15, Hence Your billing cycle is 25th of every month, hence, you received your final bill on prorate basis post disconnection. We are unable to provide adjustment for the data charges.
