Sir. I have taken Photon Max for domestic purpose data card from your TATA DoCoMo Yelahanka New Town on 10th July'14 after assurance me for better service but it is not working at all. I have given complain on 10.07.2014 vide compline No.[protected] against my data card No.[protected]. your customer care does not reply properly they have taken time up to 20.07.2014 on 20.07.2014 they send me sms that signal not come properly please use this device other location if not satisfied and your complain is closed.
