We tried to speak personally on your number [protected], to explain about balance deduction, however same was not possible as the call was not answered. In this regards, we would like to inform you that Please make a note that Rs.188.30 applied were related to multiple sessions browsed on[protected] at 02:47 AM at one given point of time, as each session reserves some balance and you were not having enough balance in your GPRS Pool. Hence the charges applied at 10p/10kb were correct for multiple session browsing.
Further, we like to inform you that for any request or complaint write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
