[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unable to get the Refund.

dear sir, i am using Tata Docomo GSM network and my mobile no. is [protected] on the same no. i lost rs. 24 on 3rd November, 2013 without any kind of service. Then i called in customer care for 3 times but they didn't give me satisfied response and even didn't note the complaint and cut the call. So i want refund of this balance. Please help me and thanking u in advance.
