[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unable to get the Refund. | |||
dear sir, i am using Tata Docomo GSM network and my mobile no. is [protected] on the same no. i lost rs. 24 on 3rd November, 2013 without any kind of service. Then i called in customer care for 3 times but they didn't give me satisfied response and even didn't note the complaint and cut the call. So i want refund of this balance. As per our discussion over the call, we would like to inform you that as per our records, your balance of Rs. 21.80/- have been deducted for internet usage and Rs. 4/- has been deducted for MTV Facts service. Kindly note that you have been charged correctly as per your internet usage and service activation and we are unable to process your request for refund.
Kindly dial 155223 to deactivate any Value Added Services activated in future.
