Tata Docomo — Unauthorised balance deduction | |||
I am using docomo since last seven years, on 23-05 the company deducted around ₹51 frm my account.ph no..[protected].(my other DoCoMo no) customer care personnel said...it will be refunded in 24 hours. even till date nither the balance has been refunded nor i am getting in touch with customer care.(probably they hv blocked my old number, i guess). this is so frustrating.. kindly do the needful. thanks and regards .. As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that for KCrash_IG content, downloaded by you, dated[protected] at 06:25AM through SDP_WAP, the balance has got deducted of Rs.47.70/- and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.47.70/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 31-MAY-2016 at 07:19PM.
