Tata Docomo — unauthorized charge for sms TM DEAL

Sir i am tata doco consumer my mobile no is [protected]. i have recharged for 250 rs and get a balance of 220 RS.on 3 april 2014. The company give me a meesage of TMDEAL and cut 5 Rs from my ballance . It continuosly give me messages and cut my balance even I complaint them to stop this service but they cut 120 rs from my account .

Tata Docomo Costomer care is not taking my call and if they take call the coustomer care executive said that system is in mantainance ... i said them to stop TM DEAL Event service on 6 April 2014 but the company is giving me message till now and my account Balace become Rs.1 . Pls help me i want my money refund because i have not subscribe any service...
TATA DOCOMO is a Fraud company Pls do not buy its sim card . it is miss use of your money...
