Tata Docomo — unauthorized mobile charges on my name | |||
Hi Team, I have took Tata Docomo connection in 2011 and i have faced poor network issue and raised so many complaints with tata docomo, Nodal AP too and they are least bothered about my issue. They have asked me to pay me the bill Rs.99 and i said pls solve my network issue and i will pay the amount and they never looked into my complaints and disconnected my number without any of my approvals. I was very pissed off with their activities. And now again after 3 years i received a call from them asking me to pay rs.2458 towards my mobile usage. I was very angry and asked them why are you calling me now and asking me to pay that much amount. I didn't used that number at all and they are asking me to pay that much big amount.
