[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unlimited 3G | |||
I was using prepaid plan for past 3 years, use to recharge average RS 800 per/month, recently I got a call from [protected] they told me there is a post paid plan of RS: 350 which i get unlimited 3G( no data limit), i asked them twice is there any limit of 3G data they told me no, 500 min call, 350 sms and so on, so i paid 400 and got a sim from them and it got activated on 19 nov 2014, my number is [protected], my sim got migrated from prepaid to postpaid, after 1GB usage of date my inter net changed to 2G, i called to this number [protected] and asked they told its unlimited 3G will fix it, it will work after midnight 11, but still now they are not attending my call, no proper response nothing, i am getting frustrated going to close my account with tata docomo and go for other network...
