We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding the billing for your Tata Docomo connection number . However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not audible.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that the amount of Rs. 224.72/- has been already adjusted towards your account as a goodwill on 20-FEB-15 and currently there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1268.28/- in your account and request you to clear the same.
