[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessary charges added to my postpaid account due to wrong plan activated

Hi team, I am having a postpaid connection with Tata Docomo with mobile Number - [protected]. I have been requested to activate a plan of "Local+Std" plan, but the tata docomo executive has been activated a wrong plan of Local+roaming and I was not informed about this plan then in the next billing they have been charged me an amount of Rs.4087.00 which is totally a fake charge. So I raised a complain in docomo regarding this amount complain No[protected] they told it's a fault from docomo executive who activated the wrong plan so they will wave off the access amount and immediately changed the plan to my requested plan which is "Local+Std" of Rs.899+service tax, but they till this date[protected] didnt wave off the access amount which is of Rs.2806 and instead again without informing me they send me message with issue resolved. I again placed a complaint against this complain no[protected] and they told in call it will get resolved no need to worry, but still it is not resolved and again got a message with issue has been resolved and also with lots of warning messages that due amount is pending with Rs.2806, but I paid my rest actual amount which is Rs.1280.00 before due date. Now for this month they have raised a bill of Rs.1785 in which again a fake charge of Rs. 368.50 has been included for making Std calls, but as per my plan of Local + Std should be free. this amount also should wave off only I should be charged with a valid amount of bill and I am ready to pay the valid amount as well. Kindly do the needful

As per our conversation over the call, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our record we have found that we have already provided you the billing adjustment of Rs. 2806.68/- on 05-OCT-15. However, again an adjustment request of Rs. 480/- has been raised on 06-OCT-15 and same shall be posted to your account basis approval. Kindly make a note of the same. Further, we value your feedback and your views will be escalated to the higher management as feedback of the customer which will be helpful in increasing the pro-activeness for the agents.
