Tata Docomo — unnecessary data/balance deduction without any usage | |||
My name is Raj Kumar Bhatia my mobile number is [protected] and I am using Tata Docomo prepaid mobile services sine long time. I am not satisfied with their services as they always deduct amount and data any time without any usage. I'll tell you my recent complaints to them. They have deducted Rs102 from my Prepaid account unnecessary when I called them they said they will refund it back in 1hr but they did not refunded then I again called customer care they had disabled "9" option for my number and immediately I called them from another Docomo number then they picked up and when I asked them again they said they will refund my amount and after 7-8 hrs I got my amount. Today again they have deducted my 175MB data unnecessary and when I called Customer care they said they will refund my data back but till now they did not refund my data back Even I am not able to create complaint from their online site. They have revoked my access. I am really frustrated from Tata Docomo services. You should take some strict action against them. Exactly same thing happened to me, they deducted the balance for data which i never used and when i called them they blocked my calls to the customer care. I had heard about this kind of FRAUD from tata docomo but faced this time myself.
