Tata Docomo — Unprofessional behaviour

I addressed my issue in the last mail.


Just 5 minutes ago, I got a call from same number which is - [protected] and the Abuse language was over and above the heights this time.


She said - take the complaint back otherwise, I will have to regret it later along with a huge round of abusive language. (In Hindi).


I am forwarding the entire case to several authorities available online and offline.


I am scared now! Indeed, I would seek police protection as well.As she said that I will have to be guilty of me complaining against her.


If anything happens to me, this girl will be responsible for the belongings.

With respect to our earlier communication, I am writing this email to know and understand what is Tata Docomo services all about.


I had been using a number (Account No.[protected] and having dues of around Rs. 8034/-
Issues faced -



1) I was charged unnecessarily for roaming charges while at the time of buying the number, I was told that there will not be any charges for the 3G Dongal Sim.I am not able to understand that the office executives, who are the face of tata docomo are making false promises and commitments.


2) Though I was charged excessive due to roaming charges; my bill went on adding on every month which was much above my designated credit limit.My question is - WHY ?


3) This one is just UNACCEPTABLE. I got this call in morning from a girl at around 9:30 AM on 4/2/2014(dd/mm/yy) and says that I am calling from "Delhi Police department". She said that I had been guilty of some legal case and necessary police procedures will be conducted with me.Also she told me to call to a person who is a lawyer and she is taking care of my case.


After that I got continous calls from this number.As I picked up one, she said - "Teri Fatt Kyun Rahi hai" (Vulgar Language) in a very aggressive manner.


My question here is - Are these the services of Tata Docomo ?????


We become Tata Docomo customers to be mentally assaulted ????

My solution to this query is - Ï want an apology from this GIRL who said Vulgar words to me.Otherwise, I would love to take this on Law grounds.
