I've recharged my phone with a GPRS Pack of 159 in the evening, with a data balance of 1.25 GB and post that I was not able to connect to the internet. I called the 198 number 09:46 PM on 14th February for an Internet connectivity issue, I got connected to an associate named Aswin and since he could not give a resolution he transferred the call to escalation team and it was attended by Antony, Even he could not help me or give me a resolution and was trying to get rid of me from phone. After speaking about 10 minutes for no reason he told me that he is transferring me to another department and without even me telling something I got transferred to another executive who speaks only Tamil. While speaking to the executive who speak Tamil, I received two messages in my phone, given below are the details. 1. TA-DCOMO - 38453 and STV Recharge Successful. MRP45 Validity 30 days... 2. TA-NXLDAT - You have subscribed to GPRS5... After that when I checked my account my Balance was only Rs. 9.25 and my data balance is only 25 MB. I strongly believe that the Customer Care executives deliberately did these recharges and my balance got deducted for the same. Was this information helpful? |
