[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unusual balance deduction and misleading promo messages

Dear Sir, I m using Docomo no [protected] frm last 6 years almost. although me being a loyal customer, the company usually plays pranks on me. Just now ₹ 21 deducted frm my bal without any reason. secondly, ..every time I go for a internet recharge, every time it says "invalid amount". although that particular recharge amount is valid fr my mumber. this is so harassing. its my request frm Docomo personnels, , if the company cant give me even the right attention, (forget about special).. then plz forward me the details to port my no to some other vendor.. I m really up with their policy. thanks, regards.. Sourav.
