[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted app charge | |||
Dear Sir, I am Dr Aswani Kumar and My TATA Docomo number is [protected]. Rs 30 have been deducted from my balance at 1:15 on 23 rdMay 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "Hi. You have been charged Rs30.0 for your last transaction" I don't know what the transaction is, neither i am interesrted in any offers. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means. As per the discussion over the call on your number, we would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.30/- for MyDala (dealsanddiscount) which was downloaded by you on dated[protected]:50PM through USSD mode and we do not activate or deduct any balance without your consent.
Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, as a onetime service gesture, we are going ahead & reversing the charges of Rs.30/- with the docket number.
