[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted data charges | |||
MY Self Jitendra Kaliya i just Register one new TATA DOCOMO GSM connection on 30/03/14 and up to 28/04/14 i do not use that new number and they make my bill amount Rs. 578.00 and that is for not using any call charges but it was for Data Charges and when i see my data use..it was only a 20 mb so y the are charging that much amount i just call to customer care to see what they are making solution first i talk with deepak bhange he did not give me any solution n did not give me any complaint number i was asking for nortal officer number but they did not gave me . and then i tell him to transfer to his supervisor or escalation the call was hold on more then 15 min then call diverted to ashish adsare he also did not give me any solution and the company which given this type of services in customer support and they gave a rude behaviour n answer to question's and no polite at all..my account number is[protected] so i get my bill before before 1 hr now i do not get any solution i will take legal action again Tata docomo company About there policy.
