Tata Docomo — unwanted deduction of main balance

yesterday my main balance was deducted from 100rs to 1rs phone no [protected] and one more no of mine this no also have same problem whose no is [protected]. i dont know why then when i talk to their customer care representative they didn't response well then even didn't give the proper information. i want to take some urgent steps. otherwise i will go to consumer forum. so that i am able to get my money back. and i thanks to https://www.consumercomplaints.in for giving such a wonderful platform for all o[censored]s. you site had helped me alot
